| Karim Abdulaye Waade (center) the son of former Sengalese president Professor Abdulaye Wade was found guilty of embezzling public funds and other crimes. Karim who was a minister in his father's government was believed to be groomed to take over after his father failed to change the constitution so as to run for the third term. This is a second high profile person related to corrupt African presidents who also turn out to use nepotism to reward their relatives. Simone Gbagbo former Ivorian First Lady was last week found guilty of misusing and abusing her husband's power so as to be award 20 years behind bars. Karim is luck.
